"Do NOT order a router table from this…"
Do NOT order a router table from this company. They use Triton routers with their tables. Triton company and it's US support company Toolstream are the worst. I bought a top of the line router table from Infinity. The Triton router burnt out on the 3rd use. Infinity essentially took no responsibility and referred me to Triton. Triton doesn't communicate. Basically said my router would be replaced under warranty but it's back ordered 3 months. Now 3 months later still no router and cannot get a response from either Toolstream or Triton...I will never ever buy anything from Infinity or Triton...horrible experience...

"Worst company ever"
Worst company ever. I order 2 lock corner router bits and two setup jigs. I received just the router bits and they only billed for the bits. Then I ordered the jigs. They sent me just one of the jigs. Now they want me to order the other jig. I think they are doing a bait and switch on their website. They say I admit to ordering the wrong item. I did not. They billed correctly, but sent the wrong item.

"The worst customer service!"
I received my order after paying for package protection. The case on my square set was broken. I’ve reached out to customer service (self proclaimed 5 star customer service) to no response from infinity tool customer service. I emailed three days in a row to no response. They responded fast until they get your money. After they have your money they will not respond. DO NOT BUY FROM INFINITY TOOL! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A ZERO STAR!

"I tried to purchase a table saw sled…"
I tried to purchase a table saw sled from them via their portal. The pricing was misleading, and their follow on emails wer also misleading. I had also previously ordered some zero tolrance saw plates for my sawstop table saw and the product I received was like something from a home handyman. Tolerance was not good, etc. The overall experience was this was a company that was focused on how to collect money from the customer, not on delivering quality products. Will NOT be purchasing from them in the future as I have found several other vendors that actually provide good quality solutions for the price.

They overcharged and customer service just closes tickets when requesting for refund.

"I paid about $1,000.00 for an infinity…"
I paid about $1,000.00 for an infinity router table system. The table has an aluminum insert coping rail that is not flush, and it is marring my door panels as I router them. I notified Infinity and they had me send pictures of the defect. Since then, no response. Looks like I have to file a Small Claims Court action. Infinity is not a good company in my opinion.

"Charging payment for something i have not bought."
Buying nothing from this website i end up being charged with 94$ . I have contact them to tell me why i have been charged with 94$ and i have received a nonsense answer like the payment was an earlier purchase. I have to mention I have not bought nothing from their website.
If you want to buy from their website think again .
