I asked if they were ladies on the team to handle some particular stuff, they said yes, but no lady came. They don’t treat the stuff carefully. They put the curtains in the new place, wrong and long. The kitchen stuff and the clothes were placed completely disaster. I wouldn’t recommend this company if you want a good and careful moving

"Disappointing Villa Moveout"

I had a deeply disappointing and anxiety-filled experience with GoodLife Movers during my move on January 3rd. Despite being promised a professional team, the workers appeared to be random hires with no prior coordination or experience. They didn’t even know each other’s names or the tasks they were assigned, which confirmed my suspicion that they were not part of the GoodLife team.

The lack of organization was appalling. There was no box labeling, and items were loaded without any logic, making the unpacking and reassembly process a nightmare. My delicate Italian glassware was dumped into a box without any protective materials like bubble wrap or paper, leading to an utter lack of care for my belongings.

Additionally, I was blatantly overcharged. While I was promised 3 trucks, only 2 arrived. I was told 8 workers and 3 handymen would assist with the move, but only 7 workers showed up, with just 1 handyman. Despite their failings, I was forced to pay the full amount.

The entire experience was chaotic and unprofessional. I expected a stress-free and reliable moving service but ended up with a complete disaster. I would not recommend GoodLife Movers to anyone. They need to reevaluate their hiring practices, service quality, and customer promises to truly justify their price.
