I contacted the hospital regarding lens replacement surgery and got a response straight away, I was booked in and arrived a week later. From contact to surgery the whole experience was 5 star treatment ☺
We was late arriving as the passport control was really busy but the car waited for us we was checked into our hotel which was a nice clean luxury room.
The next morning we was picked up and taking to the hospital where all checks was made for the lens replacement surgery. My new lens were made and we was put on a hospital room which was more like a hotel room so clean and everything explained really well. I was taking down to theatre and had my eye lens replacement and given excellent care ☺
Meena my translator was amazing ♥ she explained everything really well and truely looked after us, she was amazing ☺
As soon as my eyes were uncovered I could see but was blurry for that day, by the next day my eues were perfect I had 20/20 vision 👀
The whole experience was easily 10/10 and 5 star treatment ☺
I would highly recommend using this hospital again to anyone and if I wanted any more procedures ☺
I would like to thank the Dr's and nurses and especially Meena for looking after us so well ☺

"Disappointed!"
My husband & I was reassured by Zeynep after sending an eye test & given a plan for trifocals. We was sent a video where to wait for our transport once getting off the plane. We was there waiting over an hour & was told the video has been updated & we was in the wrong place. We overcome that problem to then find there was no reservation at the hotel. After a few phone calls to Zeynep that was sorted. The next day we was taken to the clinic we was both told by a doctor that we wasn’t suitable for trifocals tho both disappointed we was thankful for the honesty.
Then the atmosphere changed from the organisers & informed us we will have to pay all expenses ( transfers, hotel, scan & treatment, it cost us £1,500) Tho not either sides fault the onus was on us and was determined to get there money. We felt totally let down & left to arrange flights home early once they got there money.
If you’re thinking of using this servis make sure you send as much information to MAPA and get confirmation as my husband sent a scan that wasn’t looked at but still had to have another one that cost extra money. Hopefully you get good results but when it goes wrong its a different story. All the best 🤞
Just to add I’ve had a reply from MAPA who misunderstood my review. Pegasus airline fantastic, airport pick up waited one hour & was not informed of new pick-up point.
No hotel reservation but nice room/hotel once in.
The eye hospital was state of the art- fantastic! & interpreter was also great.
The eye surgeon very knowledgable, helpful & professional.
Unfortunately, once we was informed that we wasn’t suitable for treatment the representative from MAPA was adamant that we had to pay there & then even tho our credit cards were back at the hotel. We only sent on what was asked for eg eye test & was told we can have trifocals.
We felt unfairly treated & dismissed once we was unable to have surgery.
Poor customer service!!
Still misunderstood!!
There are no complaints from the surgeon whom I agree made the right choice for not doing surgery on either of us, thankful for the honesty. We are disappointed with the way we were treated once your representative knew that we had to pay & showed that by asking us to pay straight away & not given proper instructions on arrival. All of your mistakes have been put on us, there needs to be more information from your clients to make sure they get the surgery/work they need. Have a good day!

Amazing in every aspect, no nonsense business, your quite does NOT alter, which is always a great start, BUT the level of expertise and professionalism is unbelievably fantastic, these people are the nicest folk yv ever met and the best at what they do, they all work in the same direction and the place is evidently a great place to work.
Use MAPA, you simply cannot go wrong, guaranteed.

Mein Vater bekommt seine Zähne komplett neu gemacht und war letzte Woche in der Klinik um die Implantate zu setzen.
Es war alles sehr kurzfristig und Eda hat uns mit allem sehr geholfen! Jede Frage wurde immer schnell und verständlich beantwortet.
Es wurde sich um alles gekümmert und alle waren immer freundlich. Top Klinik, sehr modern!

Mein Mann hat seine Augen Lasern lassen, die Op wahr sehr gut und die Ergebnisse sind wie gewünscht. Die Klinik ist sehr Professionell vom Medizinischen bis zum rundum Servic wahr alles Top!! Ich konnte die ganze Zeit mit der Klinik in Kontakt sein sie haben vom Hotel, Transfer und Dolmatcher alles organisiert ohne Probleme. Eda wahr meine Bezugsperson über die ganze Zeit ein grosses Dankeschön an Sie und an das ganze Team❤️

I am truly impressed! So far everything has gone smoothly. every time I have an issue they really solve it within a short time especially when it comes to paperwork since I need to reapply for a visa for every visit. I am very happy with the team and doctors and also feel very welcomed by their kindness and care.

Dude. This company is legit amazing, and this is coming from a Londoner that is hard to impress. I was recommended by a friend to have LASIK here and this exceeded WAY beyond my expectations. They sent high end cars, good translators (Ahmet is a legend), had the eye surgery in a high end clinic with transfers always on time and someone on standby for me to consult in every part of the process. Zeynep over WhatsApp was super easy to work with as well and made it seem like she never sleeps with how quickly she'd respond regardless of the time. Overall very happy, and I can't say I've ever had such an easy going and flexible experience from start to finish from any company. And before I forget, my eyes are amazing so far 2 days post surgery. Will update after a couple weeks, let's see if their aftercare is just as good.

absolutely outstanding service from start to finish, both dental and eye surgery are now complete and i am over the moon with the results , I cannot recommend this company highly enough. outstanding results at an affordable price, they were also open to reasonable negotiation which was a great help if you have a set budget.
