I paid over £2000 to move in to there property as it wasn’t liveable, I got new flooring and painted the walls with no help from them. The rats started chewing through my new flooring then my wires and tvs and on Christmas chewed through my waste pipes. Upon complaining I was threatened by the maintenance gentleman.that was On Boxing Day and had to call the police as my kids where scared. The rats have been one of many problems. The windows and doors didn’t close and I had to get the council to fix it. It’s actually pathetic. They made up rent arrears trying evict me which proved where doctored. Please avoid these criminals. They will be in the newspaper soon as I’m collecting other peoples stories of their treatment. They will be getting sued as Iv got cancer and they have not stuck to there moral obligation. It’s been hell
