I have MOJO and I would have made the switch if the ability to pay for separate logins, without needing an entire separate dialer, was a feature like MOJO has. In other words, if I want to hire a VA with minimal permissions for tedious delegated tasks, like entering in lead lists for example; the only way to do so in BatchDialer is to either give them my full admin login credentials or pay for an entire separate dialer, instead of just a login. Doesn't allow for scaling the business, unfortunately.

I don't know who wrote about having a great customer experience. I was interested in signing up for the batch dialer service I went through the video presentation and when I tried to use the account I was later told I have a batch leads account? I requested to be switched to the dialer side which never happened. When I tried to contact the rep for the leads the phone number was to a different company. Needless to say they took my payment but I didn't get the service I requested. SMH

"Read it for YOURSELF"

Right now after not being able to use my dialer for three weeks and being told my issue has been turned over to the "TECH TEAM" ONE STAR, is too high. There aren't technical issues when you guys run credit card payments, but now I can't even get someone from your TECH TEAM, to even call me back. Maybe your BATCH DIALER doesn't work like mine.

Its a good dialer but it has a few glitches sometimes but I think thats because I got it during the trial phase.
