"Need to install Docker on our server"

The server I bought crashes when I run build for my NodeJS app. The technical assistant asked me to upgrade to illihost server but nothing changed even after I did. I think WANEKOO has a great services and the supporting team, specially the technical supporting team makes it more outstanding. However, for people like me, who is an CS engineer, WANEKOO should grant as access to the WHM platform. In fact, I usually need to run my app through Docker... But I cannot install it in my cPanel server currently. I raised a technical ticket for that, but they could not grant me access to the root server so I can install Docker myself.
