Spiralnudelform bekommen und sofort ausprobiert! Nicht so toll geworden. Die Form der Spiralnudeln wurde schlecht. Am nächsten Tag wieder ausprobiert, aber jetzt habe ich das Förmchen aufgewärmt und ein bisschen mehr Wasser in den Teig gemischt (ich benutze Mehl für Pasta und Spätzle und nicht Typ 450). Die Nudeln wurden wie von Zauberhand sehr schön!

Honestly there was so much that made this a 5 star for me. Starting with the website, it is easy to navigate, informative on the options you have to best fill your needs, and a seamless ordering process. Once my order was placed shipping was very efficient and timely with easy to track status. Finally when I got three dies in you could immediately tell even before using them that they were high quality and a lot of care was taken in making them. I used the gnocchi recipe with my new die and made some of the best I've ever had. I will definitely be back for more.

"Tanta scelta e rapidità di consegna "

Ho acquistato due trafile in POM (tagliatelle e fusilli) per Philips Pasta Maker serie 7000. La scelta è veramente vasta e per le tagliatelle è possibile scegliere la larghezza ma anche lo spessore (preferisco infatti lo 0,8). La consegna è stata rapida (24 ore circa). Ho provato a montarle sulla macchina e calzano perfettamente. Ora non mi resta che preparare la pasta e non mi aspetto problemi.
