"Frozen piano!"

The piano mechanism was frozen! Tony took the mechanism home to defrost it and brought it back the next day. Tony refitted the mechanism, tuned the piano (which afterwards played beautifully). The pedals were also not working. Tony stripped the piano and fixed the pedals. From a piano that has not been tuned for three years, Tony did a fantastic job getting this piano to play beautifully again. Can't wait to play it 🙌
