"Scam"

Scam online shop. Unfortunately I read the positive reviews and thought I could trust this website - obviously these are fake. I placed an order on 3rd September and 20 days after I have 0 updates. I have contacted them on email, chat, WhatsApp, Instagram and have received no response. Now their UK website is no longer active. Be careful and don't buy from them!
Hopefully I'll manage to get my money back.

Such an amazing experience with them. I ordered suit bit late but they delivered it on time before Eid. They were in constant connection with me and even called courier company many times to make sure it is delivered in time. Never seen anyone taking care of their customers like that

The customer service from the very beginning was second to none! The member of staff who was in contact with me made sure I was satisfied and reassured the whole way through as I was nervous about purchasing something as expensive as I was from a store I had never shopped with before. Once I placed my order the stitching dept were also in contact with me to ensure I was happy with the measurements and if I had any adjustments I would like to make. From placing the order, to getting it stitched and then delivered, the whole thing was stress free and just perfect! The cherry on top was that I got my dress 3 weeks after ordering!

I ordered a suit last minute for an event. I ordered on dec 18th to be delivered in 12 days. I was very sceptical and worried I’d paid and would be let down.
I asked for one change to be made to the original design and everything else exactly like the designers photo. My outfit was shipped on 23rd dec and received on 30th. The event was on 31st dec so it was imperative I had it on the 40th as promised. I was impressed, the outfit was perfect and exactly how it was meant to be. Communication was amazing and I was made a promise that was kept. Amazing company amazing service. Thank you
