The Bad

1) revisions that should only take 24 hours had taken longer

2) some of the staff does not follow through with what they say, if you're not going to hold yourselves to what you say then don't tell me your going to do this or that, or give me a timeline

3) You guys expect commitment from me via payment, yet you guys do not provide the same commitment to me via your service

4) Business plan, one of the worst experiences I have had with you guys, I understand part of your service doesn't involve grants, but this is my first time trying to get a business grant which was the whole reason I did the business plan. With that being said help was needed on how to apply for a business grant, I can't tell you how frustrating it was to not get the proper help I needed to be able to apply for a grant.
