We use their Feedback Five feature, allowing us to send out emails to our customers and ensure they are satisfied prior to them writing a review. It has been nice to not worry about emailing every customer on our own. Their system is very easy to use, too! Whenever we have had hiccups with Amazon or the system, they have top-notch customer service to help walk you through it. I would recommend them to colleagues.
