"Don't do big box stores"

Visited big box, no service, stores first. Got a quick reminder of why not to-do business with them. Driving home and saw Myers, pulled in greeted with a friendly smile and within 15 minutes had met my needs and scheduled installation of carpet. Salesperson checked on installation during install and made sure we were satisfied. Oh yeah, forgot to mention, cheaper too!!

Brilliant! Professional service service from start to finish and competitive pricing too. That would get you four stars, but a week after the carpet was laid we had to take some of it up due to a central heating issue. They came out on the weekend and relaid it like new with three hours notice. That is real service that went above and beyond. Thank you.

Local company with an excellent reputation which is well deserved. They have a good range of carpets and flooring in their showroom and are very knowledgeable. Prices are in line with other suppliers but Myers is far more reliable and communicative than most. The fitters did a great job too on a tricky pinstriped pattern down a staircase and around a corner. Highly recommended
