Discovered a leak in hot water cylinder. Contacted Steve Gifford who phoned back as promised and then called the next morning to identify the cause. He obtained the replacement part that afternoon and fitted it the next day without a problem. I have used Steve before. He is very prompt and professional and wholly reliable which I feel is important when you have plumbing problems. He is very personable and talks you through the issue with clarity.I have no hesitation in recommending him and will definitely use him in the future.

We've used Steve Gifford twice for plumbing now, for a small company job.
First time we had a leaking tap - he turned up same day and fixed it. This week we had a toilet overflow, and once again he turned up within hours to fix the issue. We've then asked him to replace the whole cistern (it was rather old!) and once again he's been professional and done a great job.

An excellent job for a very fair price. What more could you ask for? Highly recommended!
