"Really bad they are a scam."

Really bad! The problem started with trudexlogistics. The so called company weedcrew uses for their discrete shipping. I should have know when asked got an insurance amount of $323 or face a law suit that this was a scam. I paid weedcrew $310 for product and shipping. I'm not even sure if that was sent because I could not get a straight answer as to where my package was. Trudexlogistics sent me an email stating is was sent to my local airport which by the way they don't receive any incoming packaging. So being threatened I paid the insurace. Got an email stating they where picking it up and 30mins. before delivery they would email me to make sure I was home to receive it. 30mins. latter I got another email stating due to covid19 they the airport could not pick up the package and wanted another $537. Needless to say I did not send the money. I truly believe weedcrew and trudexlogistics is one and the same. So they managed to take $633 of my money . Don't make the same mistake I did. If they clam to ship anywhere in the world it's not real.

These people are total scammer I ordered a month ago and still haven't received anything I filled out the refund sheet and now they are saying it is going to take up to 90 days due to the corona when they originally said it would take about 21 days total scammers do not buy from these freaken butt pipes pieces of poop I hate them for taking my money like if we have extra money just laying around....

I PAID WITH MY VANIILA CARD $144 FOR THE PRODUCT. $323 FOR DISCREET HANDLING INSURANCE. THEN THEY WANTED $544 FOR HEALTH INSURANCE FOR THE SHIPPING. YOU PAY, GET FAKE RECEIPTS FROM THEM, ARE HANDED OVER TO THE DELIVERY COMPANY WHO WANTS MORE VANILLA CARDS. THIS IS A BUSINESS THAT IS ONLY OUT TO STEAL YOUR MONEY. DON'T DO IT. I JUST LEARNED THE HARD WAY. THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES, PERIOD.

I tried their products too and was not unsatisfied and tried requesting for a refund as stated on their page but it's 2 weeks now yet nothing back in my account as promised

They asked over 800 dollars for insurance without warning me that was even an issue. When I mentioned not having that kind of money they threatened mail abandonment and denied any kind of refund. Learned my lesson. Jerks.
