Bonnie was absolutely fantastic to work with. She was responsive and expeditious.
The 2 joined olive tree hearts that Is ordered, were beautiful.
I ordered them with engraving, for an additional charge, which was really a nice touch.
I would offer a couple of suggestions regarding the engraving, if I would ever order them, again, but, overall -- I was very pleased with the gift I gave to my grandson for his baptism. It's something that could possibly become an heirloom.

My letter was newly painted, nothing reclaimed about it. The varnish smell was so strong, I couldn’t keep it out in the open because it made the whole room stink. So I wrapped in a garbage bag and shoved it in the closet. I was so disappointed.
