"New home built by Allam, Tullimbar"

We have recently settled on a new home in Ravenswood Estate, Tullimbar. Our experience so far has been very pleasant. Ray, the New Homes Consultant for Ravenswood Estate, has been very helpful both pre and post settlement. Murray, the building supervisor, has also been very accommodating.
I would gladly recommend Allam to anyone looking for a new home. Great product and great customer service.

Dennis Fochesato was brilliant during the sales process. He's very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He was also very prompt with call back/email replies & text! He also has a great sense of humour as I recall when I had a million and one questions, he asked me "is that all?" Haha. Great guy, also helped follow up with their conveyancer to ensure everything went through smoothly. We're about to settle and move in so fingers crossed everything goes well, especially when we move in. Also Chris the site supervisor was very thorough with our walk through. Only a few minor fix ups before settlement. Can't wait to get our keys. Hoping we have little to none rectifications for our 90 day maintenance list.

While there were some inconsistencies in the time expectations for the completion of the home now that we have moved in we love it and are overall happy with Allam homes.
