"Just another payday lender"
Just another payday lender. If you like being stuck in around 300% interest short term loans, one after the other, then this is for you.
Anyone taking these is in a downward spiral toward bankruptcy.
In most cases. by time you go bankrupt, they will have collected enough interest to cover your latest loan.
Their ladder is a joke, and they discontinued any beneficial programs climbing their ladder was supposed to gain for you.
In the end its all "Chutes" no ladder.

"So fast and so easy"
So fast and so easy. This really helped me out. No fifth star from me due to the High interest rate with no option to pay faster for a lower Total.

"Very quick deposit into my account"
Very quick deposit into my account. Ended up being able to pay it back in a week and interest was less than $5 on $100 loan.

"I actually have never had a loan with…"
I actually have never had a loan with LendUp before. I was denied in 2015 and I tried to reapply yesterday. I contacted them by way of email to inquire why I couldn't apply through the old account I had and because of that decision from 5 years ago, I am unable to get a loan!!!...i find that ridiculous.

"Won't work with you"
Was trying to work out a loan payment / reporting with them, they said someone would call me but never did. In fact they started ignoring my attempts to discuss with them. They are very aggressive about reporting but information isn't accurate and they won't work with you to correct it or come to any agreement.
Update - they asked me to call them in the comments, so I did. Again, they told me there are no options available. I again asked to speak to a specialist (which they had prior said would happen) and they refused.

"Well a friend of mine tell me about…"
Well a friend of mine tell me about lendup which is great . I would have to lendup ladder to 12000 points I got my first installment loan for 300 for the past year before that I was paying. 300 a month for $255 I got my first installment loan for 300 and the payments with 165 so I paid them awful payments and I tried to get another installment loan and they said I'm not approved did I could still get a one payment loan well that took the ladder out from underneath me p that was a devastating blow in the meantime I got ripped off with a different loan company for 1500 so I call lendup to see if I'm going to be able to get my installment loan this time no but I can get it one time payment loan I've never been late on payment nothing is changing my profile but my phone number and when I called him I says well you guys need to make an exception to me getting my installment loan is it says on their website we even have even made an exception for customers which apparently isn't true but speedy loans are the ones that ripped me off I didn't know any better so now that blend up didn't make an exception and give me my installment loan they're destroying my credit again so lendup is not all they say they are it doesn't make sense they say I can afford a single payment loan of $300 a month but I can't afford an installment loan at $165 a month the numbers don't add up deserve you probably won't even get posted because it's in negative review and lendup didn't get that $300 a month payment this month because that's all I have left in my life for this next month Kevin if I would have got installment loan frontal and up I would have survived but I have to have money to live in my wrong so I guess living is

"I've been an customer for years"
I've been an customer for years. Always paid on time and took out a whole bunch of loans. When the pandemic hit yes I was late on my loan. I made a mistake and didn't inform them. It didn't matter it was still reported late to credit companies yes totally my fault. I send in a letter BEGGING Lendup to consider my situation and take off the late payment so I can qualify for a home purchase (it not against the law to do this) and I get a big fat no from them. I would've hoped in the end they would help me out and do me this favor but nope. In the end as I stated it's my fault but jeez a little understanding would've been nice.

"Loyalty is Nothing with LendUp"
Been using LendUp for years despite negative reviews. I've always paid on time, I use it as small bridge loans until my always rich but lazy clients can pay me. The first few years loyalty by paying back on time was rewarded. Now in the past year the amount that I've been able to be loaned has gone to half and they treat a customer of over six years like a stranger from the street. Really disappointing, I'm sure they have more loyalty to new customers in predatory ways like other lenders.
