Is this product just for ladies in their 20’s?
I don’t understand why they advertise high hair ponytails when some like myself who is in there late 30’s would like to use it. Just seems it discriminates the mature crowd and only show bebop hair-do’s from the 80’s!

I would never recommend the pony-o to anyone! It's terrible. My daughter and I both have long, thick hair, so I ordered 2 of the larger pony-o and am truly disappointed in them. I contacted pony-o thinking maybe we should have ordered the normal sized ones and was coldly told, I should return it at my own expense if I didn't like it. I thought I would have at least been offered to exchange it. Since it took nearly a month to get the first order, I figured it wasn't worth my time to return and repurchase them just to see if there was a difference. The pony-o does not sit high on my head, rather it drop-off the back of my head and does not stay in place whatsoever! Worst hair assessory ever!!

"These products REALLY work!"

These products REALLY work. Some of the reviews here say they don't but I contribute that to a learning curve. It takes a little bit to get use to but once you get the hang of it they are GREAT!!! I highly recommend them. If you email the company for assistance on how to use them, you will definitely get help. I did. Give them a try-you won't be disappointed.

I can't review the product itself, because I actually canceled my order after reading the Trustpilot reviews, however I will say, I'm impressed by the interaction I've had with their Customer Service area. I placed an order a bit ago, read several of these negative reviews and decided I'd feel better if I canceled the order. I sent a message to their support email address at 5:19pm and at 5:22pm, a very friendly and professional rep (Valerie) replied that she had canceled the order. I then checked my mobile banking and the funds had already been returned to my account. I'll be honest, I was very impressed and may decide to take a chance on pony-o in the future based on their level of customer service.

"The products don't work as advertised"

The products don't work as advertised. The pony o could only hold up half my hair and it was loose. Bun barz was too short to do a complete lock so i got a pseudo bun that wobbled instead. Complete waste of money for low quality products that were a fail.

"I have just ordered two more of the XL…"

I have just ordered two more of the XL ones. I originally bought a kit with a classic, XL and bun bar in it. I have to say, the classic and the bun bar are next to useless so I can see why other people have given poor reviews however, I worn the XL for six months none stop. I mean every day and overnight and I love it. If I wear it overnight sometimes I redo it in the morning sometimes not. After six months, the copper has finally given up the ghost but, it still works and I will continue using it until it stops. At the risk of sounding like a rep I'll stop gushing about it now! I haven't had to deal with their CS department so I can't comment on that however, my friend tried and failed to get anywhere with them. Maybe I have just been lucky, maybe they are just perfect for my hair but I liked them enough to order more.Certainly wouldn't rave about the bun bar thing, that was a total waste of money!

"Not as happy as I thought I would be"

I have both the original and 2.0 and honestly I am not impressed with either. They do not hold my hair and they move. I did order a bun bar which I absolutely love but I do not like the Pony-O. I have a lot of hair that is wavy so I thought they would be super nice for my hair. Not the case.

"Not a good first impression"

Absolutely not good! Still waiting for the arrival of my package after 3 weeks. Company blames shipping delays but wont do anything to rectify for 2-3 more weeks. Everything else I have ordered in the past few weeks was delivered to me on time so I find it strange that this company is the only one having shipping delays!!
