"Faulty blind that has broken twice…"

Faulty blind that has broken twice within a year. Been charged to fix. Was due blinds to be fitted on other windows in a particular RAL colour. That RAL colour is now not unavailable unless we pay £750. Advised that not happy to do that but refusing to return the deposit!

Grand Design were so human and accessible the whole way through the consultation and we’ve now got Duette blinds with a luxury, high-spec feel that make me happy every time I see them. The motor is fairly noisy when in motion (~ vacuum cleaner volume) but overall it’s the right installation for us.
