I am super impressed with the service and customer care I received. Craig and Pete did a great job on our doggy-grubby sofas and what's more they are friendly, prompt and responsive. Unusual for me to give a review so this is 5 stars!

"End of tenancy clean"

Upstairs carpets were left dirty and stained at the end of a tenancy but these guys made it their mission to get them clean again. Also spent longer than quoted but still charged me the same price. Highly recommended.

First aid carpet cleaning are very friendly and professional. Filled out an online enquiry form and got a call the next day to ask about the carpet and book in day. The carpet looks amazing! Gave good after care advise. Will definitely be using them again in the future.

I had First Aid Carpet Cleaners out to clean our carpets throughout the house and was really pleased with the result. They even managed to remove some stubborn stains in one room which I had previously tried to remove myself with no success. I was surprised how much newer and brighter they looked after cleaning and the house smelt so fresh. The team were friendly, prompt and efficient and I would definitely recommend them.

I called First Aid Carpet Cleaning with a carpet emergency my pets and kids had destroyed my carpets I have hired two different companies before and they failed I was recommended First Aid Carpet Cleaning by a friend who had amazing results and convinced me to try them as I had given up, I am so glad I did! I will definitely use them again. Two lovely gentlemen came around, and my house now looks better than it did when I moved in.
