Tim has helped push my daughter to build her fitness level in preparation for her National Youth Championship U14 Soccer competition. She loved the challenges thrown at her and enjoyed each session. I highly recommend Tim as a 1:1 coach. Tim was able to help improve my daughter's fitness levels and agility and expose her to other types of sports exercises. Thanks, Tim; we will be making this a regular thing.
