VERY SCUMMY COMPANY!
I've used them for 4 weeks, with intention of a longer term subscription.
But just buy your stuff at the supermarkets on a per-need basis. There is no benefit to buying direct from them. IN FACT! It's a detriment!... We all knew the cyclone was coming, it's out of our control. But how convenient is it that they charge my card first, and a few hours later AFTER HOURS, they send out an email notifying customers of delivery delays. They knew what they were doing. Now I have to throw a bunch of food out because I am going on a holiday, and the support team does not want to issue a refund. I would have ordered less if they just notified us on time instead of at the last point possible.

Besides, the food after 2 weeks just all tastes the same. The pizzas were actually awful, a pain to eat. Their portal and dashboard is very inconvenient. It's very hard to track what I am so pose to eat each day without going multiple layers deep into my order history and looking at my invoice. Such a bad user experience.

Save yourself some time, frustration and money, and use a different company or do meal prep... This was a joke.

"Zero Customer Support"

Think long and hard before subscribing to MyMuscleChef.

I have spent $1000s with this company on a subscription service over the past few months. Today the delivery was abandoned outside my apartment block. No doorbell was rang. When I went to collect the parcel it was missing.

MyMuscleChef customer support has been less than useless. They washed their hands of any responsibility without any questions. For hundreds of dollars worth of a delivery to be left outside without so much as a signature required is a disaster, a disaster they couldn’t care less about.

I am out the cost of the delivery ($200) and the cost of replacement food.

I never wrote a review on trust pilot, their meals made me to look up trust pilot and save someone else's money.
The food is tasteless, the say taryaki sauce, honey mustard sauce, but there's literally no sauce or cooked that way, they all taste the sama, Chicken is boiled and same cut pieces, tasteless, veggies are half cooked.
Complete waste of money, i bought 10 packs of pro pack, i tried 5 of them all were horrible, I'm throwing the rest in the bin.
I bought from them because their meals had high protein compared to youfoodz.
Will never buy again.

"Meals - Great! Delivery - Risky."

Great meals when you're trying to min-max your gains, huge amounts of protein in well contained calorie budget.

However... Don't order online and expect a good service, they advise on their website they use 3rd party services to deliver, which will ultimately mean the deliveries are dumped at your door, no doorbell, no knock, and no notification that they've been dropped off for potentially hours.

They stuff the box with coolpack stuff, which is good, but a bit on the dodgy side if you ordered lots of chicken and it's delivering on a hot day!

"These meals may be on the slightly…"

These meals may be on the slightly pricey side compared to other options but it’s well worth every cent! I’ve only disliked one meal out of the dozens I’ve tried. It actually tastes like real food that’s had some thought and care put into it and of course tastes amazing. These meals actually get eaten and don’t just sit in the freezer for months 🤣 Nothing goes to waste with my muscle chef. The variety and customisation of an order is amazing so I’m not getting bored either. Above all, I’ve lost 10kgs in just a few months, hardly having to think about what to eat. Well worth it!

"Delicious, healthy, customisable and big variety"

Awesome service! So good for me and my husband, we get a bunch of the high protein ones for him and I like the low-cal ones. Huge variety and never disappointed!

"Disgusting Service"

Auto renew with no prior email sent, some of the most over seasoned food I have ever had. Totally inedible, and a huge waste of money.

Email sent to customer support on the day I received a payment notice, to cancel this, 5 days later, i received an email to say my issue was resolved.

Worst customer service ever. The only reason I was contacted was when I lodged a problem with paypal, and that was only because they wanted to know what the issue was.. doesnt matter that emails had been sent

"Tasty, Fresh and good Prices"

We like the wide range of meals that are available. The food is fresh and got nice taste to it. The communication from the time of order to the delivery is outstanding. The chef's specials are very good and tempting. The prices are very reasonable too.

We would also like more Keto type meals in the menu, but overall 5 stars.

"Won’t be buying again"

Won’t be buying again, creamy chicken and mushroom pasta.
Label says 20% chicken breast.
I found probably one tiny bit piece of chicken.
For the same price I could have gone to kfc and get a burger.
Which would of had more chicken.
Don’t believe the label.
