I have ordered a jacket in one of their Premium fabrics, and I sent to them an old jacket that fit me perfectly to replicate the measurements. The outcome is exceptionally positive and I'm really pleased with the workmanship, the care for the details and the cut. I'm now ordering the matching trousers and I will definitely order again, pretty confident that the fit will be even better the next times - the only issue being the armscye a dash low for my taste.
I suggest you give a chance to these people even if online MTM may seem intimidating at first, as they are very accommodating and willing to produce great quality items. The only care from the customer is to let them have the right pattern for you and sending out a well fitting garment or being measured by one of their tailors are the best ways.

I have been a Ravis customer for years and I keep coming back when I want a new dress suit made. My experiences with Ravis and their tailors and other personnel have always been positive. Even when I wanted to make changes to purchase order, the staff at Ravis have always been helpful and willing to please. Ravis staff always quickly respond to emails and make sure that they completely understand what the customer wants before proceeding to finish your order. Despite the distance, Ravis is from the United States and San Francisco, California where I live, it feels like they are right around the corner taking care of your order. I have purchased about 8 or 10 dress suits from Ravis and will continue to buy more. When walking around the streets in downtown San Francisco or sitting in a conference meeting, I always get compliments about the Ravis suit I'm wearing. The fit is simply perfect! I am an extremely satisfied customer. I highly recommend, Ravis Custom Tailor!

"Suit Fitting Event"

I was part of a suit fitting event over the summer that went great! The gentleman that came out was very knowledgeable and brought many different fabric options. I ended up buying 1 suit and 6 shirts. After I placed my order I had buyers remorse on the fabric I choose and asked for it to be changed. Even though, they had already cut the original fabric they still allowed me to switch to another, free of charge.
They would rather have a happy customer then maximize their profits on the current order.
I will definitely look to them the next time I am in need of a suit.

I ordered a suit over 10 years ago and was very pleased with the quality of the fabric, the workmanship and the service I received from customer support and the tailor during the roadshow. I found myself in the market for another suit earlier this year and I immediately thought of Ravis Custom Tailor. I ordered a suit and a custom shirt and I was pleased that nothing has changed. The suit fit perfect and the shirt is the best fitting shirt I have ever owned. I just ordered 6 more shirts and can't wait for them to get here.
