"If I had known then"

If I had known then. what I know now about Kitchen Express I would have went somewhere else and paid more. I never thought "We're sorry about that" could be abused so much. You can tell they have it down so good. Every phase of my kitchen was remodeling was rescheduled, Cost me more time waiting and there were so many hidden charges, Before signing at the beginning, I knocked of over 1300 in BS charges. this experience was a nightmare. Honestly, I've heard enough apologies to last me forever. And then they have the nerve to say, "well next time you buy form us we'll give you a discount. Really!!!!!!!!!!!

"Cabinet complain"

On June 27, I bought my cabinets in New London office. Susan took care of us and gave us wonderful ideas, which we followed. We paid 50% in advance and we went into schedule. Surprisingly, they moved ahead the installation from July to June. The manager denied us credit, and told us to complete the payment or they will give us a different date. We had to find the money the same day. There were no promotion or gift, no discount or anything else. We love our cabinets. However, the removal of the old cabinets and the installation were done each one by one person. When they left, there were a lot of scratches, and we had to hire a handyman to fix them. but the issue was with the bottom cabinet light rail moulding. They came off the next day. I called Customer Service. A person called Cat told me it was the handyman's fault, not true, and I had to pay $200 to put them back. When I installed my microwave, the installer told me he had to remove them at all because they were on the way to the microwave. I called again, and a different person told me she would take care of that. So far, after 4 months, nobody called me. These rail mouldings are attached just with two little nails that is impossible to stick together for long. For me the answer would be to send somebody from your company, because I paid in advance a lot of money, and cut the edges next to the microwave and attack them permanently with something stronger that a couple of very thin nails. However, because I already paid, they forgot me, don't care about my problem. Probably, I will have to hire again another handyman to fix an Express Kitchen mistake. No need to say your customer Service is horrible. My invoice is Quote 1NL366270.

"A very nice place to eat at Victoria coach station"

I was on a trip to the airport and had luggage with me was. Ery hungry so when to eat and wnterd express Kitchens. I had very good experience as was served very nicely by the owner the food was very good and the pricing itself was not too bad . The owner was very very nice and in serving helping as well as talking to . He seemed to be a nice person .

"STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY"

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. they are crooks!! they want 100% of your money (upfront) before they do anything for you….and once they get your cash they perform poorly!!! DO NOT GIVE THEM 100% upfront cash nor should you sign their 50 page ridiculous contract…. I been there and done that… they are awful..,Their operation and project managers do not get along with the store managers. THEY TREAT THEIR STORE MANAGER very bad…. Any agreements you discuss with the store are worthless because the corporate office voids them once they get your 100% upfront cash payment.They are poorly organized and change schedules on a regular based,., all their workers are sub-contractors who are not really on their pay roll. they are over priced…..quality is poor and you can get quality and service from anyone other than these crooks!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! #junk

"Dissatisfied customer"

I bought cabinets in July 2020. It was not complete until the fall. Had to come out numerous times to replace a rusted sink (4 days installed) and to fix numerous problems such as screws put in crooked and pushing through the outside of cabinet, trim was crooked, stoppers were missing, etc. One cabinet is a different color inside and I was told to live with it; no one would see it. My experience is that they hire out for installers and take no responsibility for the shabby workmanship. The install manager also accused me of damaging my new sink but gave me another one "as a courtesy" but the installer told me he was told not to hook it up (I already paid a plumber the first time to install). After a lengthy back and forth argument with customer service manager, the sink was installed by them. Unfortunately the hoses were installed backwards (hot on right/cold on left). I will never use them again...terrible customer service!
