17 dni temu zleciłem wypłatę środków w wysokości 600 zł i do tej pory cały czas widnieje jako status "nowa" macie zamiar oddać mi moje pieniądze?

Tak samo 10 dni temu na kwotę 300 zł i dalej to samo. I nie piszcie mi że się staracie robić to jak najszybciej i że są procedury, bez przeady to nie powinno trwać prawie 3 tygodnie.

I was watching a valorant game and I saw that the odds were really good so I decided to sign up for this website to place a bet. I deposited $10 and they gave me $10 in bonus bet which I though was pretty neat so and I put all $20 into the game. I ended up winning $60, but when I went to cash out, for some reason the $10 bonus bet turned into $30 bonus bet. That made no sense since its essentially fake money if I can't covert to real money so I researched and found out that to use this bonus money, all the real money would have to be gone first. Of course I knew this was a trick to make me lose everything, so I went to cashout my $30 real dollars, and it told me that if I did so, I would lose all of the bonus bet. I did end up getting the $30 through e transfer which took 12 hours so that wasn't a scam, but the companies practices regarding bonuses are extremely shady. Would recommend another more reputable company.

Two days ago I started with around 160€ and today I won around 397€ from two random matches. When I wanted to make a withdraw today they said my withdraw got canceled and when I checked my balance they have returned my bets to my original value!!! They said that the matches were a mistake and later that they were streamsniped?? Although I watched the games live and everything seemed normal to me. Support doesn't wanna help at all, really shameful experience I do not recommend, I would delete the comment if the situation got fixed.

12 dni !! czekania na wypłatę wygranej nie dałi nic . Poza statusem „Sukcess” na stronie środki nie przelane na konto. Za 20 mailow nie dostałam potwierdzenia wypłaty a ni żadnej informacji kiedy czasowo będą środki na koncie!
od 17.01 czekam na wypłatę, czas wskazany przez was 72 godziny dawno minął ! Mój bank nie widzi żadnych przelewów dzisiaj , i nie było ich w piatek!!!
a poza standardowymi „dział finansowy wyjaśni „ nie dajecie żadnego wsparcia, żadnych terminów wypłat ! Czyli można już nigdy nie dostać wygranych . Czy to jest uczciwe ze strony kasyna co ma licencję? Czy jeszcze chociaż jedno kasyno tak działa z klientami ?

Had my account for over 5 years. I made multiple deposits in the past month. In the first two weeks I had lost but in the past two weeks I had won. I attempted to withdraw the funds and then I was told my account was banned / blocked. I had over $2,000+ in the account.

I emailed support and was told I had a second account. I had no idea about having a second account. I then queried having this second account and then they said I had set up the account in a region not accepted. All of their reasons for closing my account with over $2,000+ didn't make sense. I would be very careful using this website and I highly doubt you'll ever get winnings out.

Update: They take so long to process a withdraw and I lose my money t the end. They sayit can take few days few days just for a few hundered dollers scammers I will never ever deposit again They do this so you dont withdraw and say it in the name of security if that was the case you would close deposit too but it's all excuse.
