"Everfx is a scam! Don’t trade with everfx they will rob you!"

I started trading with everfx in September 2019. I started with the entry level investing £250. But my account manger called Darina told me that I would be not have the services of an account manager until I invest another £2000. I didn’t want to but she kept pushing me and said that she will make me between 1200 and 1400 every month. I did invest another £2000 as I was new to trading and needed the help of an account manager to understand trading on their platform. Few trades she set up was successful but she continued demanding that I should invest another £2000 to advantage of certain trades. I refused because she hadn’t fulfilled her promise of between 1200 to 1400 a month yet. When I refused she became rude and stopped calling me to help with my trading. A couple of trades she set up for me were running at a loss and before I realised they closed my trade telling me to invest more money to recover what I had invested which didn’t make sense to me.

This is the fraudulent strategy:
When you request a withdrawal
They buy time to call you from different numbers asking for documents or saying that your withdrawal is under process. For two weeks they call and promise that they will give you the money back the next they. I put a dispute against the financial gateway, which provides them with the service.
Don't trust their replies here. They try to say that it was a fault of a staff which is wrong they are all together. Their strategy is not to give your money back.

I am trying to put an end on their activities. I spend on two European lawyers for a case against them. If you want to be a apart of this reply to this comment.

"Decepcionante experiencia"

Decepcionante experiencia. Antes de trabajar con un broker me gusta comprobar la profesionalidad del mismo; atención al cliente, agilidad en los trámites, transferencias, comisiones, etc.

Hice un retiro de mis fondos, tardaron semanas en hacerme el ingreo y me cobraron más de un 7% por gastos.

Yo he perdido parte de mi dinero, ellos han perdido un cliente y su reputación.

No creo que haga falta enviarles más correos. Ustedes sabrán porqué tardaron semanas en hacerme el reintegro y si realmente quieren arreglar el tema sólo tienen que abonarme el 7% que se han quedado (y no se trata de ninguna comisión interbancaria).

Estimado señor Miguel:

Gracias por seguir las instrucciones y comunicarse con nuestro equipo de soporte. Verificamos todo su caso y descubrimos que debido a un error técnico, realmente se le ha cobrado un porcentaje incorrecto de comisión. Tales casos son muy raros en nuestra práctica, por lo que le pedimos disculpas y le informamos que le reembolsaremos el monto restante junto con la comisión que se le cobró inicialmente.

Finalmente después de un montón de correos, después de 2 meses de pedir la transferencia y 1 mes de que EverFxGlobal reconociera el error he recibido el importe restante.

Así, con este mensaje, dejo constancia de que finalmente EverFxGlobal me ha devuelto la totalidad de mi cuenta.

No obstante que cada uno valore los hechos para sacar sus propias conclusiones.

Unreliable license.EverFX Global is owned by ICC Intercertus Capital (Cayman) Limited, which is incorporated offshore on the Cayman Islands. The company holds a license by the local Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (CIMA), but as we already noted, that does not impress us much.
The more serious problem with any offshore license, however, is that the local authorities simply lack the capacity to oversee internationally operating brokers.
Here we should note that ICC Intercertus Capital (Cayman) Limited is connected to ICC Intercertus Capital Ltd, which is licensed by the the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) and operates to European brokers - EverFX and Inflyx. That fact, however does not make EverFX Global more legit.

EverFX Global offers trading bonuses – a highly controversial practice, banned on many regulated market as for example the European Union. The general problem with all trading bonuses is the simple fact that they are all linked to some additional withdraw conditions as for example a minimum trade volume requirement. And if you happen to trade with scammers, they will surely use their bonus policy to cancel all of your withdraw requests.
In the case of EverFX Global we are not even sure what their bonus conditions are, as this information is omitted in their resentation.
Unspecified maintenance fee. Be aware as well that EverFX Global reserves the right to charge you a maintenance fee, without specifying the exact amount.…As we already noted the EverFX Global Cayman Islands license is not worth more than the piece of paper it is printed and that is why we review the broker as a unregulated one. And besides, we are not impressed by the trading conditions either, so our best advise remains that you trade only with brokers licensed on a major market like Europe, the U.S., Canada or Australia.
High spreads. As tested with a demo account the benchmark EURUSD spread floated about 2 pips and that is at least half a pip higher than the spreads traders would usually find attractive.

Then I get more frustrated EverFX Global. Today 24-09-2019 at 11:30 am they call from EverFX Global. It will hear me why I chose to withdraw my money after such a short time. I tell them about all my bad experiences like:
They do not keep APPOINTMENT.:
They talk bad to customers, I have a video on youtube as Documentation.
Talking down to customers.
It is generally not the service memory.
The employee I speak to says that after our conversation she will send me an email so I can send the link to Trustpilot and to Youtube.
Then she does exactly the same as all the other employees, so I never hear from them again and never receive that mail. What exactly do they want to achieve? It doesn't make sense to me!

Update 23-09-2019:
Today I received my investment return. It has been a long and hard fight, with lots of conversations with various employees. Quite unnecessary. I can in no way recommend this company. Use your common sense before considering this business. Finally, see the rest of my long dialogue with them.

Listen to the last 2 minuts of an conversations with EverFX Global, that tell you how rude, unfriendly, hatefull, inappropriate ect ect.and comming with insults one after the other. Listen to the youtube video. Remove the 2 space to be able to listen.

I have been called liar, and the hang up on me when i asked my money back. GOOD LUCK. And now see the updated correspondence after dates.

I speak to Tomi, and i kind of feel he is pushing/forcing m, and my trust start to be doubtfull:

You totally believe that you are doing the best service. But to start with, it's very important, listen to your customers need. When we spoke yesterday, the last thing we discussed, whas that i did not have much time today. Reason, i am a DJ and i have a podcast today. Therfor i asked you how long timne the call will take, and you reply 30 minuts. Fine, then i asked at 20:00 a clock, but that was not great for you, so then 17:00, then you agreed.

you call, but 17:10, i think that is fine, it takes only 30 minuts. But i was wrong, so many parameters, you had a lot of noice in the background, so much it was difficult for me to hear what you said. Again you also asked me many times about what i said, or asked. I repeated myselfe so many times. So i ask you kindly, do you realy think you have the rigth location for a meeting?
is it possible you sould consider your location?
You stop many times in the call, and say, "Hold om a minnut" and then i am waiting, and waiting. Do you really whant to talk with me?

You can be kind to customer, in many ways, without asking private questions. What does it conserne you if i was married / devorsed, and why shall i explain you? Its non of your concern. You task is something diffrent, that is to explain how the program EverFX MetaTrader 4 works!

Is not up to you to validate / make conclutions about how much money i shal invest. Who are you to say "No no no no Mr Costa, doent do this! Invest 10.000 or 50.000 EURO instead of 250 EURO. What about you concentrate about what you are great at, and not try to push og force me to make another choise, even after 3 times i explain to you.

You do not know your position, and you have crosed the limit a cupple of times.

I need tomesone to talk to, that stay focused, showing me the program and facts.

Can you forward this email to a leader, that can find someone i can speak with?

I finally gave up, and 19:30 your guy call.

He started, how are you, ect ect? I was not angry, but have just accepted the situation. My trust in other people from your company is in a very low place.

Anyhow it a wird conversation, i try to explain that im out, yout guy tro to convince me to let him show me the program now . But my trust is over, so im still out. We do not shout of eachoter, im just explaining my situartion, and somwhere between you guy is also explain that he did not make a prommis to call today at 17:30, and i hear him explaining that he is getteing a treatment against cancer. I say im sorry for him a wish him the best. Then he gets angry and attack me why i say he has cancer. I explain to him that was what i heard him say, it ends up that he hang up the phone!

The best thing i can do is speaking up the truth.

Now im sure im making the right decision. Honest, im so sorry, you have no idear. I whanted to invest much more money, and Tomi saw im good for it. But i whanted to start building up trust. That was a lot of wrong decision made from your staff, that make me draw out of it.

Well, With everything you have written I want you to know that we are always dedicated to helping our investors and traders to get the best service and achieve their financial goals.

But knowing for the fact that you will be working with human beings it means unforeseen circumstances could affect their commitment to their jobs like getting sick, as we are all human after all. I don’t think it is fair to fault anyone for getting sick.

However, you have no idea who you spoke to yesterday because this is a very high caliber person in the company that took himself so low to speak to you (With such balance that you have) just to satisfy your request to speak to a big professional in the business. This is the person that can give you more than any training you can pay for, to learn about trading, or even more than any videos on YouTube. This is someone that has turn Thousands of Dollars to Millions for many investors.

You were being given the highest skilled in the company and you blew the opportunity to work with him.
Nevertheless, the opportunity to achieve your financial goal is still open for you, let me know what you think going forward.

But we appointed on the phone thursday last week, that he should call 17:30. He said he never appointed that. Facts, i was in the car with my partner, and the conversation was heard by 2 people.

He represent, like you not yourself, but the company Everfxglobal, and somehow you seem to forget that!

You write "You were being given the highest skilled in the company" but he hang up the phone in anger! Is that really the best skills you can show me? Do you think that is a great way to represent Everfxglobal? And the reason, was i whant to take my money out! Does it make scenc?

About the accent, it does not sound like you are in Europe?

According to the recorded conversation you had yesterday with the senior account manager, He never disagree about the appointment rather did he argue with you until you told him he had cancer.

I can understand your point in your email that there is a way you want people to present or behave. Let’s move on.

We are in Europe, Situated in Ukraine Kyiv, and we have diversities of people working with our company, we don’t discriminate or chose which tribe, race or gender that works with our company. Everyone are accepted base on Merit and not their gender, colours or where they come from. So that is why you could speak to anybody. Let me know if you have a problem speaking to some certain people. Do you have such problem speaking to certain people?

English is a Universal language which is spoken all around the word with different tone of pronunciation.

We don't have to go round the circle. Your main goal with the company is to make money of which all tools are available for you to achieve your set goals.

Let me know what you think and conclude on.

"I had a really bad experience with this company."

I had a really bad experience with everfx where the account manager told me to put money down when I specifically had asked if I could practice first using the trading platform (as I know that’s something they apparently offer). He then told me to put €30 down and I did. I asked to restrict the ability for it to take out more and he said I couldn’t do that (even though i found out that it could haven’t) he then said he’d ring me when the right time was it withdraw the money as I told him I needed support as I hadn’t had a chance to practice first and he never rung. Then a week later he rung to tell me I’d lost all of my money claiming he’d been trying to ring me and when I challenged him that he had never rung me he got angry and was rude and hung up. I tired to make a complaint about him and there’s no way to do this . Horrific experience and no way to complaint to the company as someone like that shouldn’t be employed in that role and definitely didn’t help me.

"They have a good spread for trading but…"

They have a good spread for trading but as soon as you sign up they ring you constantly until you answer. I had 10 missed calls in less than 10 minutes - I was at work, I couldn't answer.

If you request to withdraw they can be quite rude and pushy. I emailed asking if it'd been processed as my bank said they hadn't had anything and was basically told I was stupid for asking my bank.

Not ideal, but had worse.
