Corner sofa set arrived earlier than expect so pleased to have it here to use for the remainder of summer and autumn. Whilst the unit is as expected there is a minor defect. Communications were responded to very quickly resulting in a prompt resolution, being an exchange of the defective unit. So overall very happy with my outdoor furniture as well as their customer service.

Fabulous reclining sofa set. Great quality, reasonable price and brilliant delivery service. Very quick for items that are in stock. This is my second sofa set from FeatureDeco (wanted to expand our outside seating to allow for Covid safer socialising!) and I have not been disappointed.

The furniture I ordered was in stock so was quickly prepared for collection by EDS courier and I was informed that I would receive a phone call from them to arrange a suitable delivery date. As I hadn’t heard within the 6 day time frame I contacted Feature Deco for a progress report and they promptly got in touch with EDS who said they would call but didn’t so I chased them myself this time and customer services was apologetic and put me straight through to the depot. I was then able to arrange a delivery for the next day but I didn’t receive my order so had to chase again and finally received it on the following day. I am very pleased with the furniture but not impressed with EDS couriers booking system.

"Stylish and comfortable garden set"

Lovely garden set that looks stylish and good quality whilst being extremely comfortable, with thicker than average cushions. The furniture was part built so easy to put together. Due to demand I was aware that there would be a delay when ordering, however, the set arrived within a month which was much earlier than expected. The delivery did arrive unexpectedly without prior arrangement, however, this was not a problem. Would recommend.

"Love my furntiure"

I ordered the large Nottingham corner set. It looked great on the photos, just what I was after.
I placed my order on a friday evening and received an email thanking me for my order, enclosed were details of how it would arrive etc. Tuesday I received another email saying it was packed and awaiting collection from a courier. (Within 4 days). Also stated courier might not contact me, but, would ring 1 hour before arriving. Courier rang as stated, delivered the furniture on one pallet, as stated. (Although, perhaps in future they use 2 pallets as it was packed on the pallet in a precarious way.)

The furniture is lovely, comfortable, stylish and looks amazing.
The table is higher than I expected, especially for use as a dining table, but we manage. (looks lower in photo)
