"Like a great racehorse....... slow out of the stalls, but came good at the end"

The web design on the whole was a great experience. The site was designed to a template and had most of what we wanted. I recently found out this is not editable (slightly disappointing).Our personal experience of web design was very limited and this was difficult for us to follow some of the jargon which took a while for us to understand. Sometimes the communication from scout Website was slow and not descriptive enough for inexperienced people like ourselves. As time has gone on the communication got better and Jess has been great. We are still learning about our website and as matters have arisen they have been dealt with quickly and efficiently. I'm sure that we will have more questions going forward and hopefully the Scout Website team will continue to support.

"New email system "

We needed a new email system to go with our Scout website as our previous provider was closing. Spoke to Tom at Scout Websites. He gave us unbiased options and then was very instrumental in setting it up for us. We now have an excellent email system and free Microsoft 365. Absolutely fantastic, thanks Tom.

"Group website"

There was good contact from the point of our initial enquiry onwards and all questions and concerns were answered. The start to end process was good and we receive prompt replies when submitting items for posting on the site during development.
Staff were helpful. We are pleased with the website design.

""Mixed Experience with Scout Websites" "

I recently used Scout Websites, and my experience was a bit of a mixed bag. The service, unfortunately, seemed quite slow, especially when addressing basic issues, which took more time than expected. Additionally, there was a feeling of rush in the emails sent, with some containing incorrect group names. The lack of communication throughout the process was also disappointing. However, once these issues were rectified, I found the site to have a compelling and appealing design. While there were challenges, the ultimate outcome left a positive impression.

"One page website"

We have recently had a one page website created in order to support our fundraising and sharing opportunities with our local community. The website looks great and it was easy to work with the team at Scout Websites. We have had 5 requests for new members since the website was launched just a short time ago and we plan on expanding the website in the future. We have printed the website and linked QR code onto business cards which will we use to try and recruit more adults in the autumn. We would highly recommend.
