Since I started taking BPS-5, my blood pressure has become steady and in a healthy range. I take my two pill pills when I walk in the door after work with a large glass of water 30 minutes before eating my dinner the difference in the way I feel is absolutely unbelievable! I know this product works. After 6 months of taking the BPS-5, I quit taking the supplement to see how much it effected my blood pressure readings. My readings went up about 10 to 15 points. I started retaking the BPS-5 again and my blood pressure is back under control.
