"Patio renovation"

Our patio was in desperate need of renovation. It had been laid 4 years ago by another contractor, but it had begun to sink in the middle and several of the tiles had started to lift and loosen.The quote provided by Paving the Way wasn’t the cheapest but I decided to offer them the job as I was impressed by their obvious knowledge and expertise, which was important to me given by my experience with the previous contractor. I am so glad I did and I am more than happy with the work carried out. My patio now looks brand new and I’m confident that it will stand the test of time this time. The team worked so hard in challenging conditions given the dreadful August weather and Lisa was excellent at keeping me informed and answering any queries.

What an amazing experience from start to finish! If your reading this and thinking of booking with Paving the way don't look any further book them.

Lisa came out to give us a quote, although slightly more than the previous quote from another company I could tell straight away they knew what they were talking about, they also came up with some ideas we loved. There was no pressure to go with them but I'm glad we did.
Once the work began we were kept updated throughout by Lisa,Mark, Carl, Lee, Reese and Ellis, they worked hard and always cleaned up each day which was a worry having a toddler. The workmanship carried out is to a very high standard as the saying goes you get what you pay for. This is a family run business and done very well they even have personalised hoodies with their names on the back which is a nice personal touch.

I can't thank the team enough for the makeover of the garden its looks amazing. Thank you for all your hard work we cant wait to enjoy our time has a family in the garden.

"Clueless in Halton"

I had no clue what I wanted, but forthcoming health issues meant that I needed an easy care garden. Contacted Mark and Lisa who turned up on time and talked through many ideas, eventually settling on an evolving solution in keeping with my budget. Communication has been superb from the off and the team turned up as planned. Seeing what I thought was the enormity of the job, I thought it would take at least three weeks, not a bit of it! They worked tirelessly from day one in blistering heat (literally) and got the job done in two weeks. I have not seen a work ethic like it and so polite and helpful. I was barely around for a variety of reasons, and Lisa kept me up to date with challenges and progress.
This team are what an old fashioned family business used to be like where customer service really matters and I can't recommend them highly enough. Mark, Lisa, Lee, Carl, Elliott and even Reece, thank you. I shall think of you all in years to come when I'm sat in my beautiful space.

What a journey we have been on with this family run business. I knew I wanted them to build our dream garden when I read the reviews last year. If you have a vision they can make it come true. If you don’t, they will help you come up with one. Mark literally explodes with ideas, Carl is the hardest working and most genuine person I have ever met, Ellis is so polite with a work ethic you wish more young people would have. Lisa is the unsung rock that binds them all together. She never stops. As for the garden, at the time we were the biggest job they had taken on. It was a difficult job. They worked throughout the winter months when most teams wouldn’t dare. We had our ups and downs but talked through all problems that came up. The integrity of this team is second to none and I would happily recommend to anyone. Thank you so much for sticking with it and making it all happen. We’ve never spent so much time in the garden smiling at what’s been created.
