A young man called dean came to service my boiler, what a lovely friendly man, he was helpful, polite and explained everything i needed to know. I have used this company for 2 years now and always have very high standards, also very good on price as old age pensioners get a discount. Excellent company, with friendly staff and value for money. Would highly recommend. Five stars all the way.

I have a problem with one radiator not getting hot engineer has been twice but still not resolved my problem now it seems like I will need a power flush which will cost me £400 I was under the impression that if you insure your system and something is not working thay would rectify the problem not as far as boilers r us are concerned I will have to pay for the power flush I don't think this is right so if anybody is thinking of getting boilers r us insurance read the small print very carefully no
