"High quality English speaking Handwork in Berlin"

This is the best English speaking, high quality, no -nonsense Handwerker service in Berlin! I've had them come over a few times now (hanging hooks, light fixtures, curtain rods, covering exposed wires and other small things) and each time the person is nice, professional and everything runs smooth. The pricing and policies are super transparent and I appreciate their "no jerks" policy. I feel good about supporting inclusivity in an industry that seems to promote monopolies of bad service (bad repair-men who make no effort to explain the work, don't come on time and are actively rude? no thanks!) Driller Queens is my go-to when I need anything done in my home and I highly recommend them!

egal wie, man bekommt einfach keine Antwort. Die hier genannte Adresse ist nicht aktuell, eine Telefonnummer gibt es nicht, dafür aber eine automatisierte Buchungsbeantwortung, wann man nicht arbeiten will und keine Mails beantworten mag. Nach nunmehr über einer Woche gelingt mir keine Kontaktaufnahme, ich weiß nicht, ob die Queens noch existieren.

Hired Driller Queens for Paint Ordering/Collection and after confirming an appointment, Driller Queens ended up canceling twice on the morning that the day the service was suppose to be rendered, which was very inconvenient for me despite me being very flexible with scheduling.

Then I was sent a very rude and unprofessional message saying that my business was viewed as „unnecessary“ and my order was then completely cancelled altogether. No attempts have been made to rectify the situation.

Came uo with a sokution to instal kitchen cupboards on a dry wall, they're sturdy and safe now. On time and cleaned up after everything was done. Prioritised safety at all times, explained what was being done, even gave advice on how to deal with other issues arpund the house. And all the while being super friendly and funny. I'll call again for any future projects, without a doubt.
