If only they could work with the folks in the rental places to stop them from taking advantage or tired travelers just arriving, particularly at Heathrow from the States, and upselling every conceivable item and scaring the daylights out of everyone!! Same could be said for almost all car hire places, although had fabulous experience in New Zealand!!!
