As the project proceeded, new ideas and items came up and the project team (Mike and Sam and Jason) were always happy to discuss modifications and to provide alternatives.
The project took slightly longer than we had originally planned. However, the final product was better because of it as we made some changes along the way.
The responsiveness of the entire team was excellent. They were available to meet whenever necessary and included the actual programmers in the meeting to discuss the viability of various changes, as I proposed them, in real time.
