When I lost my previous window cleaner I searched on line and found Ukwindowclean. Since they were offering a first clean for free with no obligation it was a no brainer to accept. They did a really good job because my windows had been without a professional clean for quite some time so I was impressed. I have agreed to continue with them and will keep you informed of future progress. But so far, 10/10!!!

"Using this company was an expensive mistake"

My gutters were cleaned by this company yesterday. The operative only stayed for around 15 minutes in all he gave the gutters a quick vacuum did not use any water to wash out the gutters or to clean the outside of the gutters and then disappeared having put a scribbled bill for £140 through the letterbox. The service was abysmal and a total rip off.

A team member was scheduled monthly over the period of a year and delivered a great service every time. The only need for cancelling is due to relocating to a new area. I would recommend this service: brilliant customer service, good communication and a thorough clean leaving the windows looking great.

Was very happy with my free clean and have requested a clean every 8 weeks instead of 4 and this was happily accommodated. Windows hadn’t been cleaned for a really long time and they’re looking really clean and they’ve even cleaned the plastic window ledges outside too which has made a huge difference!

Moved into our flat in august 2022 & I requested a free window clean within months. They used pure water which I wasn’t too sure about, I was a bit confused and not sure if I liked it. But we did! We wasn’t sure how it would work etc and it was left drying on it’s own, but there’s no streaks, the windows look good, all window cils are nice and white again.

Front door which is PVC looks good and that window even gets done.

I am impressed. I asked for an additional service as we have a property inspection, gave them a weeks notice and they managed to do it the day before. Which was great.

I also asked if they could pay additional attention to the front door as there’s some sticky marks on it and they agreed and no additional price.

I was worried they wouldn’t know where the flat was etc, but they definitely knew where it was and found all windows and not missed one bit. I’m very impressed.
