In emergency, Lock Stock and Barrel (Saffron Walden) really helped us out today. Our main lock having failed, David arrived to work out what was wrong and later, Daniel arrived to fix the problem, which he did brilliantly. We were truly grateful since the day before the Christmas weekend, we had despaired of help. As it turned out, the shop, and the firm, could not have been more helpful. Thank you.

It was a great pleasure dealing with the Stansted, Essex, branch. Not only was the standard charge made (£6.99, less than I expected as I'd been quoted £12 elsewhere) but when told that I wanted 4 of the same keys cut they volunteered a deal of £6 per key. And the key cutting was fast and every key cut worked perfectly.

After losing the microchip from my car key and finding myself stranded in the supermarket car park, Martin was recommended to me by the AA mechanic who came out to me.
From the call being put in mid-afternoon, Martin came out and had a new key programmed that evening. Cheaper than a dealership and quicker than other options, I wouldn’t hesitate to use Martin again.

Martin is a lovely gentleman! Been without a car for a week and was waiting on another locksmith, decided to give Martin a call and within an hour he had traveled to my home and sorted the job!
