I have been a Mirenesse member for many years and i still love your products. however I do not like your website at all. Far too many promos for other products crowd the page and make it hard to red the full description of the product you are actually reading about or trying to order.

I get the package of eye liner electric eyelashes curler and mascara. First I heard a lot of good compliments about the mascara, when I opened the cap the stick was not having any brush it was only a stick. I’m real disappointed do to the missing part of the mascara the brush and I pay a lot of money 150 dollars I would like to know what mi Renés se could do for me.

I love Mirenesse products, particularly skin care and their mascaras. Service is really prompt and plenty of special offers. Have purchased for 20+ years. I would like to see some refillable skincare containers and less packaging when mailing. It looks very luxe but recently I bought two products sold in plastic tubes, they came beautifully boxed in a cardboard box that could have held many more items. One of the tubes was boxed again inside the outer box and it was wrapped in tissue. I don’t think that amount of packaging is necessary and it alters my experience slightly - some companies give wrapping options at checkout. I buy lots of cosmetic type things online and the array of low environmental impact options is becoming really interesting.
