Absolutely 5* service - highly recommend. I urgently needed a safe to be opened and Ray couldn't have been more helpful and was punctual with his arrival. I am very grateful for his professional and extremely helpful service.

I phoned Ray up and explained how my Dad’s front door wasn’t locking properly and I also told him how I had been quoted a ridiculous amount to completely change the lock. He asked me to send a video and some pictures of the lock/ mechanism. He phoned me back straight away and said it would probably work properly with some WD40. I tried this straight away and it worked! Thanks so much, absolutely life saver and has saved us a lot of money!

What a brilliant service, I emailed the company at 22:00 and they turned up the next day, fixed my unfixable broken double glazing lock that no one could fix at a low price. I was absolutely amazed and the engineer even given me some good advice. I was absolutely amazed how good they were. I will never recommend anyone else. Ray came out, first to price the work and then to do it. Prompt quote for the work - a door closer at my mum's and some replacement handles at ours - and then returned to do the work within a few days. Friendly and efficient. Would definitely use again.

Had an issue with a uPVC door lock...the service was prompt, and well priced...Ray even managed to salvage the broken lock with parts he had from other locks, and in the process saving me £90 on a new lock!...and only had to pay the call out fee.
