"Avoid my expensive mistake and do not use this company, using this company cost me almost 150 euro in 'deductions' from their 'refund'."
I contacted Huaptec and was depending on their expertise to advise me on the correct product to purchase as I needed to boost the internet signal on my phone. I did not know anything about the various types of signal such as 'edge', 3g, 4g etc. All I knew was that the signal was weak and I needed to boost it as I had just moved to a rural area and needed to get an internet connection for work.
From now on I would never trust the so called 'expertise' of a sales advisor and will always do my own research first.
Here is what happened.
I told my requirements to a a sales person and I was advised of a particular model, I asked if they had it in stock (as I wanted a swift transaction). the sales advisor said yes, so I proceeded with the order.
A day later I was contacted to say the product was no longer available but a more expensive model was available. This should have raised alarm bells with me but I trusted them and proceeded with the transaction.
When the product arrived I set it up carefully according to their instructions but it did nothing to boost my phone signal. This is because I had been sold the wrong product for my phone operator.
I am not an expert on phone signals, all I knew was that my internet signal was weak and I hoped to have it boosted. Perhaps if the sales advisor was a bit more careful and asked more specific questions they could have sold me the correct device.
When dealing with Huaptec they were very quick to respond when selling me a product. When there was a problem they were slow to respond, adversarial, and they blamed me for the mistake.
I returned the product for a refund. When sending it back I packed it securely, sent it via recorded delivery addressed to Inesa Brown (a customer service agent with whom I corresponded). I enquired as to whether they received the package. They were slow to respond again, and accused me of damaging a cable!
So the end result is that I am getting a partial refund for a product which I was poorly advised on. I am also out of pocket for over 150 euro due to the delivery charges which I had to pay and their deductions according to their 'company policy'.
I would never use this company again, and would advise everyone else to avoid them.
In their reply below they have also made an inaccurate statement that I requested a signal booster for voice, this is simply not true.
Even after leaving this review I was subjected to a further negative sarcastic email from their sales person Inessa Brown. This is no way to treat customers and passive aggressive blaming is just nasty.

For certain reasons I’m living out of the city and the nearest BTS is about 4 km away. Hiboost brought decent signal into my home! I will strongly recommend their product to my friends in the neighborhood and everyone who is struggling with poor cell service daily.

Il booster mi soddisfa insomma. Ho gia usato uno del altra marca con il risultato zero ed ero costretto di continuare a cercare una soluzione perche il cambiamento dell'operatore anche non ha dato un effetto.
F15-GSM funziona silenziosamente, riscalda un po, il segnale e’ migliorato fino al massimo in tre stanze ma nella quarta piu lontana dal booster ci sono tre a volte due tacche.
Penso che questa attrezzatura merita il suo prezzo.

"F10-EW PRO model"
Prior to any device functionality what matters most to me is how the device is supported. The problem I had with the booster resolved. The device is on, the LED is green just as instructions put it but the signal is strong only close to the booster itself and no coverage in other end of the room. Huaptec support is quick and very friendly Their recommendation to direct the outdoor antenna to the closest mobile tower did work.
The packaging and presentation of F10-EW is excellent, I really enjoyed taking it out of the box. The booster itself is quality build. What is most important the coverage is excellent now. Super value for what you get in return. My thanks

"Stable quality and good prices"
My husband found a booster in Huaptec's Aliexpress store, but then their team member navigated me to their web site in EU, www.huaptec.eu. So we ordered directly from there, received the item within 3 days only and didn't have to pay any custom fees, very clear and transparent communication.
I would recommend Huaptec's online store to everyone who want to buy a booster and receive it quickly without any headache directly from Germany.
