"Worst experience in my life"
I bought a jacket with UPS "express" shipment and I received the order confirmation immediately.
After a week I sent an email just for know where my order was. No reply. The day after they just sent an email to notify a refund since they did not have enough stock to fulfill my order. After a week!
The same jacket at the same size is actually IN STOCK on the website.
And surprise, I still not receive my refund (with Paypal).
They really don't know how to make business.
If you are not good to sell your own product just continue with collabs with other SERIOUS BRAND.
And please, reply to the email. Worst customer service in the world.

Amateuristisch bedrijf met een customer service wat ze beter kunnen opheffen. Werknemers in de winkel denken dat ze heel wat zijn terwijl ze maar een verkoper zijn.

"Terrible service"
Very disappointed with service from you, and will never buy a product from you again. I ordered my order about 5 minutes after launch to not have any information for over a week. After chasing you up via several emails with no reply, I then had to call the store to then informed you didn’t have enough stock to complete order, to which you completed a refund very disappointing. Once the refund had came through I ended up losing money somehow. So not only did I not even receive my order it also ended up costing me money for literally nothing but stress chasing you up on my order. Terrible service.

The product that i ordered got refunded without any message. I send an email to customer service and never got a reply. I thought that it would be refunded because the item was out of stock, but when i checked the website, the item was still available. I ordered the item again and after a few days it got refunded again. This time with some explanation. I sent another email with some questions and never got a reply. I think they could work a lot on their communication with costumer service en keeping the website up to date.
