I have made a order on the 2nd or 3rd of August for 2 pairs of glasses and I still haven’t received them. I Can not track my order either and today’s date is the 23rd of august so it is coming to a month I’m not even sure if my order has been sent

Glasses turned up broken on Thursday. Emailed them Friday morning asking they post replacement first class as I needed them for Sunday. They did just this and a brand new pair arrive early Saturday for me!
