"Feels like I was Scammed by Jacob McCluskey"

I had a terrible experience with a previous marketing company, so I was hesitant to work with another one. Jacob McCluskey and Arjan Manhas were persistent, reaching out to me multiple times. They reassured me with a guarantee that caught my attention - promising a 2x ROI on my initial investment within 2 months of launching our campaign. They even said they'd refund my $4k deposit if this didn’t happen.
Jacob emphasized that my deposit money was not a big deal to them, which made me trust him. The agreement also outlined this guarantee. I followed their guidance diligently, hoping for results. However, I struggled to generate good leads or secure sales. Communication was sparse, and I had to reach out to ask about the disappointing outcomes, to which they kept assuring me to persevere.
Despite encountering several setbacks and working on them for over 5 months, which was longer than the 2 months specified in the guarantee, I continued to give Jacob many more chances. When I requested to end the campaign and get my deposit back after beyond the guaranteed timeframe, Jacob denied the refund, shifting blame and citing additional rules not present in our agreement.
My trust in Jacob was shattered as he failed to honor the promised guarantee, leaving my family in a difficult financial situation. I strongly caution anyone considering collaborating with Jacob McCluskey or his affiliated companies to steer clear to avoid similar deceitful practices and scams.
