"Our wood burner wasn't working"

Our wood burner wasn't working well as the baffles were full of soot. Adam sorted it all out, he did a camera survey first and then went ahead with sweeping the chimney. The wood burner works perfectly. I choose this firm because they were local and had a great company name. Not because of any reviews I had read. However I can thoroughly recommend this company.
