After drifting anchor my boat required gel coat repairs. I had a single point of contact with Jason at Mariner, with a direct dial number. Any questions I had over the process were answered in a timely manner. I decided to make inquiries re' insuring my new launch with Mariner Insurance after reading so many glowing reviews of this business. My initial contact was friendly and helpful and showed genuine interest in my boat and we had quite a chat about it.
All the paperwork arrived promptly and was detailed and clear.
Theirs wasn't quite the cheapest quote I obtained, but I was so impressed by them, that I went with this company, feeling that I was in good hands.
I also enjoy the monthly video/ news they send out-- a good way to stay in touch so that I feel part of something and not just a name on a list somewhere.
My experience with Mariner Insurance has been top level so far and I recommend any boatie check them out. I'm sure they will receive the same helpful, friendly and courteous assistance that I did.
