Everything about this Company ticks (by far surpasses my expectations) every box for me. The Cambridge Soap Company is my favourite brand to have discovered in 2022. Everything The Cambridge Soap Company stands for, along with their aesthetically beautiful soap range & accessories, the amazing & very pure soap ingredients, their bathbombs etc, their communication, customer service, delivery times & their incredibly beautiful & sustainable packaging. The cherry on top was a free gift of a beautiful Christmas pine soap within a small bag.

Honestly I do not even have the words to describe how special this Company is. Nowadays it is very rare to find a retailer like The Cambridge Soap Company, they are simply beautiful in all that they are and all that they do.

The prompt response from the company to my email enquiry and being notified when the goods came back into stock was super impressive. Customner service at it's best. Only downside is, I was so pleased to be able to order, I forgot to use the 10% off code I'd be sent.
The bath melts look gorgeous, both product and packaging. I'll know more when the recipients feed back after Christmas!

When I ordered I did not get the discount. I contacted the company and without hesitation I was given goods to the value of the discount. The goods received were really nice and beautifully presented. I will be using the Soap Company again.
