I had a great experience with this company. I had to change to air conditioning and was given a great price for both units and was put in the time they said and cleaned up behind themselves. Great service.

This company is really a very very bad, horrible joke. Never ever go with them. I agree 100% with all of their negative reviews on Yelp. They are irresponsible, disrespectful and unprofessional. Most shockingly, they are still being sent to people's houses by different warranty companies. This guy came to diagnose my broken dryer, left it disassembled and went to get the part. Five days later there is no sign of him. He has given me different appointments in the meantime but never showed up for any of them. He keeps people waiting for days, never shows up and doesn't even have the courtesy to admit he is wrong and apologize. I guess I'll have to buy a new dryer because no one else will lay hands now on a disassembled unit. Too bad, they must be out of business for the way they treat customers.
