I ordered a replacement baking plate (Order No. NS27627**) and one of the handles has a faulty screw hole – there’s no thread inside, so I can’t attach the handle properly. I compared it with my old plate, and it’s clearly a manufacturing issue.
I submitted a support form on their website to report the problem, but it’s been 3 days and I haven’t heard anything back. No email, no update – nothing.
Really disappointing customer service.
I don’t recommend buying from here if you expect any help when something goes wrong.

Update
Customer service got back to me a few days later and offered a partial refund, which I accepted. I’ve received both the refund and the credit note now.
Since I needed the item for business use and couldn’t wait too long, I ended up buying a tap drill bit from Amazon and got someone to fix the issue for me. So in the end, I sorted it out myself, but I appreciate the support from the team afterwards.
