We were first time customers. Steve the engineer did the service required efficiently and left the area in a clean condition. He also advised us on other needs associated with the central heating. He took the time to explain the results of the tests he had carried out during the service of the boiler.

Needed a new boiler fitting as quickly as possible, it took less than a week for the job to be assessed, booked and completed.
