Last week I had a unique opportunity to physically connect with my leadership team which has been geographically dispersed for the last 12 months due to the global restrictions imposed by the pandemic. We spent 2 great days together focusing on connectedness, dialog and individual and team reflections. As always Jesper and Mallika did a fantastic job fostering a trusted environment and adapting the program to make sure it remained genuine and relevant in the context created by the team during the offsite. You guys rock.
