Just the insurance cover I needed for a reasonable price with swift and very responsive team answering my queries.
The insurance documentation did not detail clearly (i.e. correctly) all the information I had entered online, but Inlet were quick to assure me that the cover was what I had expected.

Firstly, they offered the exact cover that I had had a lot of trouble finding (I had found plenty of results when searching but never the right cover when I had gone to the effort of entering my details). Secondly, due to a couple of slightly misleading questions I emailed at 19.40 after my purchase to check the cover was what I was looking for. I got an extremely swift, pleasant and helpful reply from Louise at 20.17, not only confirming the cover was what I needed but that they appreciated the feedback on the slightly misleading questions. Brilliant!
